Partnering with Together Romania in “Open Minds, Open Worlds” Youth Exchange Project.
In November 2025, NOVADER will take part in Open Minds, Open Worlds — a youth exchange designed to challenge stereotypes, celebrate differences, and build bridges across cultures.
Set in the serene Carpathian Mountains of Romania, this project invites young people from five countries to explore how inclusion, identity, and creativity can coexist in a diverse Europe.
Through dialogue, art, and shared stories, we’ll open our minds — and our worlds — to each other.
What it’s about
Hosted by Together Romania, this project is a week-long collective experiment in empathy and expression.
Participants will:
🎭 Explore identity, belonging, and stereotypes through games and storytelling
💬 Join workshops on discrimination, privilege, and intercultural understanding
🕊️ Create digital media and theatre projects promoting inclusion
🌍 Celebrate diversity in intercultural evenings, sharing food, dances, and stories from their countries
It’s not only about learning — it’s about unlearning, too. Breaking assumptions, rebuilding understanding, and creating a community where everyone belongs.
NOVADER will represent Türkiye with a creative delegation passionate about social inclusion and youth voice.
We’ll lead artistic interventions and storytelling workshops on language, bias, and cultural identity, connecting them to our own projects like and Human Rights Education: The Sequel.
For NOVADER, this exchange is more than a project — it’s part of our growing thread of art, dialogue, and belongingacross Europe.
After Greece, Portugal, and (soon) Curaçao, Romania will become another chapter in our story of intercultural growth.
