You design the face of NOVA.

You’ll craft visuals that define our youth, arts, and activism identity — the ones that end up on feeds, walls, and exhibitions.

What you’ll do

• Design event posters, campaigns, and carousels that look so good they get saved (Mainly Instagram)

• Keep our visual tone sharp — spacing, typography, consistency, all matter.

• Collaborate with writers, illustrators, and project teams on upcoming Erasmus+ and cultural projects.

What we look for

• Students or graduates of graphic design, visual communication, or related fields.

• A clean portfolio — we care about clarity and vibe more than size.

• Confident in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Affinity.

• Style: bold, smart, slightly weird in a good way.

You’ll take small but real tools (Pixel Postcards, volunteer forms, etc.) and make them intuitive, human, and fun.

What you’ll do

• Create flows and wireframes for micro-tools, pages, and web interactions.

• Design mobile-first layouts and clean UI elements with personality.

• Work closely with our web designers to bring creative UX ideas to life.

What we look for

• Students or graduates in UX/UI, Digital Design, Human-Centered Design, or related programs.

• Portfolio that shows clarity, empathy, and experimentation.

• Fluent in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Love for accessibility and playful minimalism.

What you’ll do

• Develop small, interactive projects (maps, generators, forms) with HTML/CSS/JS.

• Collaborate with our UX designer and illustrator to merge function + style.

• Optimize performance and layout for mobile and Squarespace-based pages.

• Experiment with lightweight, artistic web experiences.

What we look for

• Students or self-taught developers in web development, computer science, or interactive media.

• Portfolio or GitHub showing clean, creative, user-friendly builds.

• Good grasp of HTML, CSS, JS, bonus if you know React or Squarespace customization.

• Team spirit, creative curiosity, reliability.
